该系列RCB-12/0.6型保温沥青泵材质分为【普通铸铁和全铸钢】两种材质。普通材质的沥青泵在输送液体时，不具有防腐蚀功效，不锈钢材质的沥青泵，泵体密度高、硬度高、有耐腐蚀功效。该泵泵体内设有一个空心夹层，对输送物有保温和冷却的作用。如上例泵的进口法兰为50，泵的出口法兰为50。该泵可用于工原料、重油、沥青、胶类、树脂、灌装医药、食品、化妆品、农药、洗涤剂、印染、酿造、树脂、胶类等行业。这两种材质的沥青泵与电机链接，都是采用三爪联轴器链接。

适用范围：

       该系列RCB-12/0.36型沥青泵主要适用于无腐蚀性、不含固体颗粒的液体。此系列沥青泵输送介质可达到250℃、粘度可达到5-1500cst。注意当粘度超过1500cst时，需配减速传动装置，减速传动装置让泵能更好的好会性能、效率。 

该RCB沥青保温泵分为普通与铸钢两种材质，均带有保温夹套，保温泵适用于常温下有凝固性或结晶而通过加温并保持一定温度又容易流动且有润滑性的液体，以及高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中需要保温的场合，泵开始工作时首先预热降低了泵的起动功率。适用于输送有腐蚀性或无腐蚀性、卫生条件要求较高的液体，输送介质不含固体颗粒，温度不高于350℃，粘度为5cSt——1500cSt的液体，如各种化工原料、灌装医药、食品、化妆品、农药、洗涤剂、印染、酿造、树脂、胶类等行业。该泵传动方式有电机直联和减速机两种，当液体粘度超过1500cSt时，应采用减速机传动。RCB asphalt heat pump canbe divided into ordinary and cast steel material, with thermal insulationjacket, heat pump under applicable interesting coagulability andcrystallization and by heating and maintain a certain temperature and easy flowand lubricity of liquid, in the process of the high altitude and outdoorinstallation process and need to heat preservation, pump starts to work whenthe first preheating reduced the starting power of the pump.Applicable totransport corrosive or non-corrosive, health conditions to demand higherliquid, medium not containing solid particles, the temperature is not higherthan 350 ℃, the viscosity of liquid for 5 CST - 1500CST, such as filling a variety of chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical, food,cosmetics, pesticide, detergent, printing and dyeing, brewing, resin, rubberand other industries.The pump drive way has two kinds of motor and decelerationmachine, when more than 1500 CST liquid viscosity reducer drive should beadopted.
